QIC utilizes a Secure Digital Platform (SDP) that is also cloud-based. Proprietary CRM platform that captures and stores customer project information along with the ability to track actual program performance KPIs compared to forecasted goals. QDP (QIC Digital Platform) includes modules or tools that help users perform tasks such as auditing, performing QA (Quality Assurance) /QC (Quality Control) of data captured, logging incidents, storing work instruction documents, generating metrics reports, inventory tracking and displaying a real-time dashboard.

QDP has role-based permission access that allows customized ease-of use for secured users and partners. QIC is able to manage and maintain required reports specific to customer expectations and track employee utilization percentages.
