The SEEL Digital Platform

Supporting SEEL’s turnkey operations is the SEEL Digital Platform (SDP). The SDP is a system created to engage with program partners and enable participating customers to successfully complete energy efficiency programs with ease and efficiency. The platform also reduces time costs on the part of staff, partners, and program administrators, while increasing customer satisfaction. It is a modular software suite that is highly customizable to meet the needs of various program design models.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Offering customer contact solutions for appointment scheduling and maintaining a digital customer record of customer contact and participation, the CRM component of the SDP supports efficiency within SEEL’s contact center.
  • Energy audit tool and on-site data collection: A mobile-friendly screening assessment tool used to collect data on buildings and provide customized energy efficiency recommendations for customers.
  • Rebate processing: Key features of the rebate processing component is tracking milestones required for rebates to be completed, calculating incentive amounts and tracking rebate cycle times.
  • Program reporting and data tracking: The SDP has the proven capability to track and report program information as specifically required by each program partner and generate custom reports as needed. SEEL works collaboratively with program partners to ensure that data required for program management, EM&V reporting, and auditing is captured and stored within the SDP.
